2 Looks of a Happy Easter

While shopping at JC Penney a couple weeks ago I stumbled across these dresses. The fuchsia one I saw first on the lovely, Thamarr (simply stunning btw) of Musing of a Curvy Lady and had to have it for myself seeing as how wonderful she looked rocking hers. I didn't stop there though. I also found a "sister" dress much similar to the fuchsia one, in white that I couldn't part with either. So I got them both. I knew I wanted it for Easter but couldn't decide which one I'd like to wear so I tried them both on and made my choice on the white ensemble.

I love the fit and flare of the dresses. They are very form fitting and comfortable. They both get a A+ in my style book. Which one would you prefer to wear on this Resurrection Day?

OOTD: Striped Cotton Candy

Ive been mia for a minute with parenting, work, planning birthday parties and what-not, not that I was missed or anything. So I thought I'd post this lil' something I wore last saturday furniture shopping. Yes! I said it furniture shopping. I've come to terms with 2 things. 1 the fact that I dont have a life outside of my children and work, 2 I shop too much. These two facts together makes for a closet full of lonely clothes :( So I make it my mission to wear them any and everywhere I can. Lol... I just know I'm not the only one. Anywhos here it is.....

More H&M Please!?!

All my wishing and praying has finally paid off!! 

is coming to Nashville, TN. 

According to Nashville's News Channel and a Metro Codes and Building Safety Department building permit. I'm sure many of you have heard of, shopped or drooled over their merchandise but, for those of you who have not H&M is a Swedish-based retail establishment featuring high fashion clothing, shoes and accessories but at pocket friendly prices. The store will find its home in Opry Mills Mall along with other fashion forward retailers such as Forever21, Aldo, BCBG Maxazria, Micheal Kors and many more. H&M is said to open in June or July of this year and I, for one, cannot wait. Check out these H&M pieces:

OOTN: Impromptu Wedding Reception

I was invited to attend a wedding reception with a friend last night. It was last minute so I had to throw something together and I think I did a pretty good job. I made the dress a couple weeks ago and my friend had asked to see it awhile ago so it was fitting that I wear it. The reception was very well done and had a fantastic view of the downtown Nashville. I actually had a blast and was glad I accepted the invite.... Enough of my rambling here is the ensemble. Let me know what you think!

OOTD: Ballet Mom N Floral

Yesterday was a very important day for my family! My eldest daughter participated in her third ballet recital and she did her mother proud! The endless hours of driving her to and fro practice is really paying off. I can't wait to see her in the upcoming Spring recital... So, always taking an advantage of a time to dress up I put this lil' ensemble together. Hope you enjoy!

2012 End w/ Shoe Haul

Dot.com Window Shopping

I am constantly on the hunt for new pieces to add to my collection and when I saw the Asos Curve Peplum Plate Detail Waist Belt I knew that it must be mine UNTIL  I clicked on the size tab and my size was unavailable. Nooooooo! Hopefully, I'll be able to get away with the next size being that I'm going back to eating healthy and I may (No, I will!) shed some inches off my waist in time to wear it. Wish me luck with that one!

Another great find is the Glitter Melt Melting Tights by Urb Clothing 

Unfortunately, I wont be owning these beauts any time soon because they do not come in a size worthy of holding all this Voluptuousness (tear, tear, sniff)....
